Let me ask you a question.
Do you ever wonder if there’s more to your life than just going to work and living for the weekends only to do it again next week?
It’s hard to stay motivated if your life is boring and uninspiring.
If this is your situation right now, I know exactly how you feel.
Just like you, I was conditioned to do the things that I’m supposed to do.
I was lead to believe that if I go to school, get a good job and make a lot of money, then I’ll be happy.
So I did exactly just that.
I went to school, I got a good job and I made a lot of money. But for some reason, I was unhappy.
At first, I thought I was just feeling ungrateful. What more can I ask for?
But that unsettling feeling never really went away. So I decided to do something about it.
It wasn’t until I started asking what I really want in my life that my situation changed. The journey wasn’t easy, but it was worth it.
Nowadays, going to bed is the worst part of my day. I get to do the things that I want, when I want and with who I want.
Finding your passion is by far one of the most important things you can do for yourself. It gives your life a sense of meaning and direction.
Also, passion eliminates your neediness and desperation. You stop comparing yourself to others because you’re clear about what you want.
If you’re not sure where to start, here are 7 questions you need to ask yourself to find you passion.
- What are topics and interests you love to learn about?
- What are activities that you’re naturally good at?
- Who do you admire and look up to? Why?
- If money wasn’t an issue, what’s something you would do?
- Who do you love helping most? Why?
- What are things other people rely on you for?
- At the end of your life, how would you like to be remembered?
Really take the time to answer these questions. This will serve as a road map for you to follow.
I truly believe that one of the greatest gifts that life has to offer is the opportunity to do something that matters to you.
You’re here for a reason so stop wasting your time. Design a life that you’re excited to get out of bed for.
I hope you’ve enjoyed learning this as much as I’ve enjoyed writing this for you.
